The Rigg Design Prize is the highest accolade for contemporary design in Australia, the concept interior Amber Road design celebrates a domestic space that features in the homes of many cultures — the transitional area between indoor and outdoor living.

Take it outside playfully explores this ambiguous space and stimulates the senses with colour, texture, sound and light, as seen in the reflective floor and balustrade, which amplifies the rusty tones of the Australian desert and the star-studded, indigo sky. Our Profilo 1613 LED System and Perri lighting products provided a soft, indirect light with the use of completely concealed fixtures. The lights were modified with 2500K warm white filters to enhance the richness of a warm light source in order to emulate the beauty of the Australian sunset.
