Toorak Residence is a study in contrasts—balancing the elegance of a French Provincial façade with interiors that are richly layered, contemporary, and deeply personal. Throughout the home, lighting by Sphera plays a key role in enhancing texture, mood, and materiality.

In the master bedroom, the Cilindretto pendant in brass hovers with quiet elegance above the bedside, its minimalist, 60mm cylindrical form offering a touch of contemporary refinement. A striking olive-green elliptical staircase makes a bold architectural statement, gently lit by Sphera’s Kiave, a recessed LED wall light with a distinctive keyhole form—ideal for stairways and subtle accents.

The ensuite bathroom is a sculptural retreat, anchored by a dramatic dark onyx bathtub and wrapped in brass-white Carrara marble that flows seamlessly from the walls to the floor. Paired with Verde Alpi marble, ribbed panelling, and black hexagon mosaics, the space achieves a moody yet luxurious ambiance, softly illuminated by Sphera’s Mattia, Cilindretto and a custom mirror wall light in brass. Lighting here is not just functional—it elevates and completes the design.
