Sou'West Brewery by Ewert Leaf
Occupying the former Quicksilver headquarters in Torquay, Sou’West Brewery is a must-visit destination on Victoria’s Surf Coast. Designed by Ewert Leaf, the expansive venue features six metre high ceilings and a series of seatings areas, including a tasting pavilion, open air terrace and outdoor kids’ area to accommodate 400 patrons. The space provides a refined and relaxed ambience for good food, good drinks and good times.
A warm palette of earthy tones and cool greens enlivens the vibrant space, paired with natural textures of timber, terrazzo, brick and concrete. Exposed industrial elements create an urban atmosphere. The space is illuminated with a range of Sphera lighting products. Custom Palla mounted on pole feature throughout the main space. O-lamp, Ring Pendant, Zinco, Binario and Prado create a decorative and functional lighting solution with a warm ambience.
