Drawing inspiration from Abbotsford’s historical charm, Molli evokes a sense of warmth and nostalgia. The inviting interior showcases textured concrete walls, custom joinery, and plush leather and tweed banquettes. Local artwork and handpicked antiques, sourced from the nearby store Rohan Fielding, add a personal touch. This carefully curated ambiance blends character and comfort, merging old-world charm with a modern aesthetic.
Central to the restaurant is an open kitchen that flows seamlessly into a bar area adorned with a vintage record player and curated records, infusing the space with retro charm. Natural materials such as walnut, spotted gum, American oak, and Tasmanian oak interplay harmoniously with rich, dark stones like Emperador and the unique, starry Galacticus.
