131 Smith Street is a collection of thoughtfully designed apartments within a pioneering carbon neutral building, soon to be built in the heart of Collingwood. Retaining the heritage character of the Smith Street streetscape, Freadman White Architects have designed a building to blend seamlessly into the cultural fabric of the area.
Conceived by Outline Projects, the on-site display suite showcases the design features of the apartments, a reflection of the spacious floor plans, luxurious finishes and considered design details.
